Position requirements:
Must be self-motivated and punctual
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and high volume workload
Must possess outstanding sales skills and fundamentals
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Positive in his/her approach, non-judgmental, flexible, consistent and able to work well under pressure
Must have great phone etiquette
Make 180-200 outgoing calls per day
Follow direction given by management while in training and during follow up training
Daily and weekly cash spiffs available.
Work week (8am to 3pm or 3pm to 9pm) five days a week
Meet minimum production requirements set forth by management
COMPENSATION: Hourly pay available
