Responsibilities of Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Responsible for selling individual, family and business health plans to new and existing members in all states.
Responsible for increasing member retention
Work an incoming sales phone queue from prospective members responding to marketing and media advertising (will also perform various outbound calls to eligible members for plan changes).
Complete web-based applications for new enrollment and plan changes.

We have recently expanded operations and are in need of skilled agents to close all this business coming to us. Our average agent is enrolling between 4-6 applicants daily and our clients literally line up for our help. The busier days are yielding between 12-15 sales. There is no marketing or cold calling involved as you are hired to simply enroll people.

This position pays a generous salary plus commission per sale.

Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus. A positive attitude is a must!
